Jesse Goldfinch

Jesse Goldfinch, Director, Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science AEP AES ESSAM

Jesse is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2011.

Jesse has a big interest in implementing exercise as a treatment strategy to help with many chronic conditions, disabilities, pain and health management for all ages. Jesse is committed to learning new skills that will help with better client performance and goal outcomes. With his clients Jesse uses an integrative model of evidence based strength training and biopsychosocial approach, that is tailored to the clients goals, medical and fitness history.

In conjunction with being the director of MyEP, Jesse is also the Principal Exercise Physiologist at the Sunshine Coast Haematology & Oncology Clinic in Buderim, specialising in exercise for cancer clients.

Jesse has a special interest in cancer, pain, pelvic floor health and men's health.

Natasha Stewart

Natasha Exercise Physiologist Sunshine Coast

Natasha Stewart, Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology AEP AES ESSAM

Natasha is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2022.

From a young age, Tash’s love for sports and deep interest in biology inspired her journey into exercise physiology.

Tash has worked with clients ranging from 10 to 99 years old, supporting a variety of conditions, including mental health, cardiovascular disease, joint and bone injuries, and muscle tears. She believes the key to improving health lies in truly understanding your condition and the role each exercise plays in recovery and overall wellbeing.

For Tash, building trust and forming strong client relationships are essential, as meaningful change happens only when individuals feel connected to their bodies and supported by their practitioners.

Tash has a special interest in neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, where she brings both expertise and a personalised approach to care.

Kiarah Posavac

Kiarah Exercise Physiologist Sunshine Coast

Kiarah PosavacBachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology AEP AES ESSAM

Kiarah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2022.

With a deep interest in human movement and post-injury rehab, Kiarah undertook this degree to foster her passion for assisting others and improving individuals' quality of life.

Through her graduate years, Kiarah has developed her clinical skills to assist clients with goal attainment and returning to activities of daily living. She places a strong emphasis on client-centred care by building strong therapeutic relationships to promote long-term behaviour change.

She has a strong interest in neurological conditions, active ageing and falls prevention.

Ove Eriksson

Ove Eriksson, Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology AEP AES ESSAM

Ove is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2023. 

He grew up in Sweden but decided to make the long journey over to Australia to study and travel. Discovering a career path as an Exercise Physiologist, it was an easy choice for Ove to pursue the 4-year bachelor’s degree, as this meant he could learn more about exercise and health to help people improve their lives. 

Ove has a holistic approach to his clients and exercise treatments, believing exercise should be a positive addition to one’s life and should be easy to maintain for it to generate the most benefits. Ove has experience in cardiac rehabilitation and working in remote locations such as Mt Isa. 

Ove has a special interest in neurological conditions and mental health.

Kiama Marsh

Kiama is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Exercise Scientist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2024.

With a lifelong passion for movement, shaped by years of playing team sports, Kiama understands the profound impact exercise has on both physical and mental well-being. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Kiama takes a personalised, client-centered approach, ensuring every treatment plan aligns with individual needs, goals, and preferences. She strives to create programs that are enjoyable while also supporting both physical health and overall well-being.

She has a particular interest in cancer, falls prevention, and respiratory conditions, however enjoys working with all clients to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Looking for an Exercise Physiologist on the Sunshine Coast? MyEP is a team of experienced Exercise Physiologists located throughout the Sunshine Coast. Our Exercise Physiology Clinics are located in Buderim, Caloundra, Maroochydore, Nambour, Beerwah and Noosa. We also offer Mobile Exercise Services within 30 minutes of our clinic locations.
